In mid-June a new set of rules was introduced by the Real Estate Council to govern the relationships between REALTORS® and their clients (both buyers and sellers).
The new rules are designed to improve communication and transparency, and to ensure clients are properly represented in all situations. Please feel free to call me for clarification on the new rules – I’d be happy to explain the changes and their effects.
